I am betting you are wanting to know who I am at this point so let me help you out. My name is Tyler Summerbell, 21 years of age, and I am a junior at Texas State University studying Health and Fitness Management. My personal fitness adventure started back on January 26th, 2016 and it was one of the best decisions I have EVER made. I was a sophomore in college at the time and I had just quit playing baseball my freshman year of college. My sophomore year was an emotional roller-coaster. I was 240 pounds, struggling in school, and just had a freshly torn ACL (anterior cruciate ligament). With a torn ACL I could not run and was limited to many activities but I did not let this waiver me away from my fitness journey. Overall, being consistent and straight up obsessed with reaching my goal, you can follow along with me and reading what I have to say, YOU WILL TOO reach your goal.
